WHY CRITICAL ALIGNMENT ?

现在很多人白天盯电脑,晚上刷手机,长时间一个姿势不动。久而久之,肌肉就会变硬,血液循环变差,导致肩颈酸,腰背痛,容易感觉很累。

慢慢地身体会出现一种叫 “惯性肌肉短缩” 侵蚀,比如说 “科技颈” , “五十肩” ,或 “骨盆前/后倾” 等。它不只让站久坐久都不舒服,还会影响睡眠,让呼吸变浅;严重时甚至会手脚麻痹!

Most of us sit at a computer all day and scroll on our phones at night. Staying in one position too long makes muscles stiff and slows blood flow. Result? Sore neck and shoulders, lower-back pain, and feeling tired all day.

Over time, those tight muscles can get “stuck”: think tech neck, frozen shoulder, or your hips/pelvis tipping out of alignment. Sitting or standing for long becomes uncomfortable. It can also hurt your sleep, make your breathing shallow, and sometimes even cause numb or tingling hands and feet.

三年前我出了个小意外,导致我自己瘫痪卧床三个月。那段日子我几乎无法自理,每天在痛里醒来,在痛里睡去。我必须依靠我的先生,从床上把我抱起来,带到厕所去,帮我冲凉,帮我处理好我所有的大小事物。
